  • The most recent edition of the Legal Manual for New York Physicians features two chapters authored by partners of Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP.

  • Chapter 8, entitled "Employment and Supervision of Other Physicians and Nonphysician Health Care Professionals," is authored by partners Kenneth R. Larywon, John L.A. Lyddane, Thomas A. Mobilia, Peter T. Crean, Rosaleen T. McCrory and Barbara D. Goldberg

  • In addition, Chapter 35, "Duties and Potential Liabilities of Physicians With Respect to Nursing Home Patient Abuse," is written by partners Peter T. Crean, Kenneth R. Larywon, John J. Barbera, Rosaleen T. McCrory and Barbara D. Golberg.
