Thomas Kroczynski joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in 2000 and became a partner in 2005. His practice is focused on defending physicians, hospitals, health care systems and nursing homes in medical malpractice cases.  Mr. Kroczynski also represents physicians in disciplinary proceedings brought by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and other health care professionals in proceedings brought by the Office of Professional Discipline. 

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kroczynski practiced at a personal injury defense firm that represented corporations and individuals in general liability and motor vehicle accident lawsuits where he tried cases to verdict in the venues throughout the New York metropolitan area. 

 

He received his B.S. from New York Institute of Technology and his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was member of the Moot Court Board.
